Ik heb de klantenservice eerst via de telefoon gesproken om advies te vragen welk model mooi bij mijn huis past. Wij hebben toen een video-call gedaan en na het advies zelfs op de zwarte plinten uitgekomen. Xaye zit ook in de gietvloeren en er is een interieur adviseur die goed het totaalbeeld kan uitleggen. De zwarte plinten zien er echt heel strak uit in onze woning. Ook hier echt complimenten net als alle andere hier!

Na een week uitstel zijn de plinten geplaatst. We hadden even onze twijfels, omdat op de dag zelf werd afgemeld per mail en we hadden al een vrije dag opgenomen. De laatste 10m2 kon niet geplaatst worden, omdat de plinten daar te hoog voor waren. Moest er later zelf achteraan, of ze nog terug kwamen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze wat van de prijs afgehaald. De plinten die wel aangebracht zijn zitten. Er mooi tegenaan.

Xaye plinten (Jeroen) heeft in één dag heel netjes alle plinten in ons huis gelegd. Ik ben erg positief over de communicatie, het meedenken en de snelheid. De werkzaamheden zijn nagenoeg stofvrij uitgevoerd.
