Deze partij komt zijn afspraken na en alles zit bij de prijs in. Goedkoper op internet is niet te vinden ik heb dit zelf al uitgezocht. Het montage team kon ook snel de plinten leggen

Wij zijn enorm tevreden over Xaye plinten. De mailwisseling met het bedrijf verliep heel vlot en de factuur was heel transparant. De monteur die de plinten kwam plaatsen bleek langer nodig te hebben om de plinten te plaatsen dan vooraf ingeschat ivm de vele hoekjes in ons huis maar hij bleef gewoon langer doorwerken en heeft toch alles in 1 dag geplaatst en alles echt heel netjes verwerkt. Complimenten dus en zeker een aanrader dit bedrijf.

Qua communicatie kan dit bedrijf nog het een en ander leren, nadat onze 1e afspraak was afgezegd door Xaye Plinten hebben we een aantal dagen geen contact kunnen krijgen voor een nieuwe afspraak. Ik heb de klantenservice eerst via de telefoon gesproken om advies te vragen welk model mooi bij mijn huis past. Wij hebben toen een video-call gedaan en na het advies zelfs op de zwarte plinten uitgekomen. Xaye zit ook in de gietvloeren en er is een interieur adviseur die goed het totaalbeeld kan uitleggen. De zwarte plinten zien er echt heel strak uit in onze woning. Ook hier echt complimenten net als alle andere hier!

De kers op de taart... plinten maken de woning echt af. Vakkundig en netjes gelegd en gekit, geen rommel wordt achtergelaten. Werken netjes. 1 minpuntje: een stukje plint paste niet goed ivm trapprofiel en die is ook niet passend gemaakt. Dit moet de vloerenleverancier gaan oppakken. Nu maar hopen dat de vloerenleverancier dit wil oppakken en kitten. Anders moeten wij zelf hier nog mee aan de gang.

Erg tevreden over dit bedrijf. Na enige moeilijkheden met externe partijen tijdens de verbouwing, was dit een verademing. Communicatie was duidelijk en betreffende meneer nam ruim de tijd om het naar wens achter te laten. Geen gehaast. Tevens twee extra plinten achter gelaten om eventueel schade in de toekomst zelf te kunnen repareren. Bedankt!

Los van de samples kun je ook even een afspraak maken in hun showroom. Dan zie je ook gelijk hoe professioneel bedrijf het is wat ook een goed gevoel geeft. Ze zitten ook in de Gietvloeren. De plinten direct besteld met daarbij een afspraak. Resultaat was naar verwachting, strak op de muur.

Gisteren zijn de plinten hier gelegd en nu ik op de bank er naar zit te kijken en deze review schrijf ben ik zeer tevreden. 50 meter aan plint verbruikt en een eerlijke afrekening. Scherpe prijs dus ik heb de jongens nog een fooitje gegeven.

Dag XAYE, Seren & Roy, Enorm dank voor de voortreffelijke afwerking en ook de voorbeeldige service. Vooral dank aan Roy, zeer vriendelijk, goedlachs, heel flexibel toen hij een afspraak moest omzetten (wat mijn fout was). Een dergelijke klantgerichtheid en vriendelijkheid tref je tegenwoordig bijna niet meer. Breng dit over als je wilt. Succes met de verdere business en ik zal jullie zeker wederom inzetten en ook aanraden als de gelegenheid zich voordoet.

Roy heeft met grote precisie 65 meter plinten in mijn nieuwbouwappartement aangebracht. Keurig in verstek gezaagd bij de hoeken en na montage netjes aan de bovenkant afgekit. Hij komt met een grote zaag met zaagtafel en afzuiging. Na afloop alles netjes opgeruimd. Ben heel blij met de strakke plinten, die de overgang tussen vloer en wanden echt af maken. Trudy

De plinten zijn voor een hele gunstige prijs in het hele huis in een dag gelegd. De afspraak kon binnen een week gemaakt worden, wat met vakmensen zeker geen vanzelfsprekendheid is. Helaas had de plintenlegger technische problemen, waardoor hij later aan de slag kon dan gepland. In eerste instantie leek het resultaat heel acceptabel, met hier en daar een onvoorkomelijke kier door vloeren en muren die niet helemaal recht waren. Maar na een paar weken begonnen op verschillende plekken de plinten los te komen van de muur; het lijkt er op dat de plinten zijn gaan werken en niet meer op hun plek passen. Dit is vreemd gezien het MDF-plinten zijn en het bedrijf dit ook nooit heeft meegemaakt. We zijn met Xaye in overleg gegaan voor een oplossing. Na een paar weken is de plintenlegger opnieuw aan de slag gegaan, heeft waar nodig de plinten ingekort en opnieuw bevestigd. Het ziet er nu weer goed uit, maar helaas zijn in dit proces hier en daar beschadigingen ontstaan, en bovendien gingen sommige plinten na een paar weken weer krom staan. Ik probeer nu voor de derde keer in contact te komen, maar dat lijkt niet eenvoudig.

Top ervaring om m'n plinten te bestellen voor nieuwbouw! Via mail werd er heel snel gereageerd. Proef stukjes kwamen mooi aan binnen de gezegde termijn zodat we een aantal plinten konden vergelijken. Bestelling ging heel gemakkelijk en levering was ook ruim binnen de aangegeven termijn. De eigen leverancier was zeer vriendelijk!
